A large number of requests have been coming into The Bonded Family offices to share their encouraging and enlightening concepts to businesses,   To teach employees how to improve their family lives, 'blend' their business and family lives better, and hold generally more hope.  It's reasonable also to have somebody (The Bonded Family) share how challenges at home impact their employers.   They should find out how this impacts the company they serve.

 

When you - HR Professionals - offer a solution for their family, it is both encouraging and refreshing for any employee.  You care.  It shows.   NOW...if you can't host one of The Bonded Family events...you owe it both to the families and your management to pass along this website and 'make a difference' that way.

 

We all need to take our head out of the sand and deal with this business reality.   Let's face it.   If we can’t help our employees be the best they can be for their family, they won’t be the best they can be for our respective companies.

While our foundation at The Bonded Family clearly is faith-based, we do understand the sensitivities of corporate environments, and adapt our message to still provide hope, encouragement and ideas for your workplace.  While we will stay generic as to culture, denomination or specific faith, we still will encourage some form of faith based community in their life.   We will work to customize a program for you, while respecting the cultural areas.
