BLENDED FAMILY FELLOWSHIP
Every Sunday Morning
9:30 - 10:30 AM
(Child care or activities available if needed)

Are you in a stepfamily and struggling?
Wish you knew how to address relationship challenges?
Would it be nice to be around people dealing with the same life questions?
Do you attend a church where YOU might like to have or start up a Blended Family group?
A Mom, Dad, StepMom, StepDad or even Grandparent and could use some Coaching?
Worst Case:  At the end of your rope and thinking of ending your marriage?


We are blessed that our home base church is sold out on serving others and is 'blended family friendly'.  A place that understands that 'God is a God of second chances', that 'God is not in the business of trashing people, but He is in the business of Redeeming lives for GOOD!'  That means YOU!

The Bonded Family, through the resources and wonderful support of First Baptist Raytown offers a Sunday Morning Fellowship and Bible Study time that is OPEN TO YOU.... OPEN TO ALL... whether you attend FBR or not.  It is a welcoming place that says "we want to serve stepfamilies!"

People 'connect', make new friends and fully grasp 'I'm not alone!'.  Alongside of discussing stepfamily topics common to most, we share a lesson each and every week from the Bible as this class is a Bible Study based fellowship.

DAN AND REBECCA SNELL are the fellowship leaders and teaching couple.

BOB and JACKIE WHITE, themselves both blended family experienced and as Grandparents are the Class Directors.

We'll coach you,help you, and provide you with class resources to launch your very own 'Blended Family Fellowship' in your own church after a few weeks of attendance with our group if you so are interested. 

It's about WHO we serve,
not just WHERE we serve.

We stress and encourage this fellowship is OPEN TO ALL VISITORS.

You don't have to be a member of First Baptist Church of Raytown, or even be a Baptist.  All denominations are truly welcome.
Many class members and visitors come from other backgrounds then Baptist.
We have people come regularly that attend other churches at 11:00 services.
Although if you visit you would be blessed to try the 11:00 AM service following our class and hear a gifted and encouraging Bible teacher PASTOR PAUL BROOKS!

WHAT WE DO:  We host a welcoming hour where we together are in an encouraging, understanding and helpful place, where a Bible-based lesson related specifically to blended family dynamics is taught in and around time sharing with one another.  

If you choose to, people share privately their questions and concerns and areas where they could use some ideas, tips or coaching. 

We take prayer requests and stay connected then throughout the week.  We even have a FACEBOOK group page that is private thanks to class members Ron and Laurie Grant!
